At Bouncer Force, we commit to reserving our elite security personnel specifically for your events. Because manpower deployment requires advance scheduling and standby rostering, our cancellation rules are structured to compensate for reserved time.
If you cancel your security booking more than 48 hours before the scheduled reporting time, you are eligible for a full refund of any advance paid, minus a standard 5% processing fee.
Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours of the event start time will incur a 50% cancellation charge on the total booking amount. This covers the opportunity cost of the deployed guards.
If you cancel the deployment within 24 hours of the reporting time, or if the event is called off while our team is en route or at the venue, no refunds will be issued. 100% of the booking amount will be retained.
We pride ourselves on white-glove security. However, if you face a genuine issue with the conduct or performance of our personnel, you must report it to our Live Supervisor or Head Office immediately during the event. Refunds or credits based on service complaints are at the sole discretion of Bouncer Force management after a thorough investigation.
Approved refunds for early cancellations will be processed back to the original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
